Fair Play Starts with the Ball…

Bala Sports is committed to bringing, high quality, fairly traded sports balls to the UK.

In March 2023 when we took over the custodianship of Bala Sports we did so with the aim bringing fairness to the world of sports ball manufacturing.

The video to the right was filmed in 2016 by the Fairtrade Schools programme of the Fairtrade foundation. It shows the journey of fair trade in football and a little of the history of the Bala Sports.

We are working with new producers now in Sialkot Pakistan. We hope to travel to the Fairtrade certified factory where our balls are handmade and share more of how buying one of our balls really does make a real difference.
